Advising Policies and Procedures
In addition to University policies from the Academic Catalog, advisors and students must comply with various college and department-specific policies and procedures.
Special Student Populations
Although all students must adhere to the policies of their departments and of the University, first-year students, graduating seniors, international students, returning students, athletes, and transfer students often have special needs or interests.
Online Tools
Gaining access to and becoming proficient in the use of the UA's many online tools and systems is key to efficient academic advising.
