Room & Course Scheduling
Room and Course Scheduling works directly with academic departments to schedule courses for the next semester. In addition, RCS works with clubs, departments, and off-campus organizations to reserve rooms for special events.
Requesting rooms can be done by accessing RCS's online forms. Any UA employee can request a room for special events through RCS's website. Only designated departmental contacts are able to make requests and changes for university classes.
In addition to allowing users to make actual room requests, the Room and Course Scheduling website also provides extensive information regarding room use policies, greenbar procedures, and general course and registration information.
