The formal, and majority, of policies and procedures are organized in the academic catalog. Each student establishes the catalog they will complete their degree requirements under once enrollment is begun and continues uninterrupted for more than three consecutive semesters. The APRR which lists the degree requirements for each major and minor program is found in the catalog.

Some policies and practices are defined by individual colleges and programs and are included under Declaring a Major or Minor, Double Dipping, and Petitions and Grade Appeals.
