The GPP minor is an excellent supplement to other majors within and outside the social sciences arena. By introducing students to the various sub-fields of political science and public policy, the GPP minor allows students to gain foundational knowledge of political processes and institutions.

-SGPP 300A, SGPP 300B
-Choose three courses from: POL 201, 202, 203, 204, 206
-Choose two courses from: SGPP 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, PA/POL 393 (Approved Internship)

Courses used toward the minor may not be used toward another minor or major.
Students can contact their major advisor or any SGPP advisor to have the minor added.
Additional Information
Students declared in the Political Science, Public Management and Policy, Criminal Justice or Law major(s) cannot declare the GPP minor.
Not all courses for the minor are offered every semester. Transfer and study abroad course work must be approved by an SGPP advisor.
