This 18-unit Fine Arts (FA) minor is a collaboration between the College of Fine Arts and Eller College of Management. Students engage with professionals and gain insight into career opportunities in both non-profit and market-driven visual & performing arts and media organizations, while developing strategic skills in a variety of specializations.
The Arts Administration Minor includes a total of 6 courses (18 units), including at least 15 units upper-division (300/400 level). FA 300, FA 301, and FA 302 need to be completed prior to taking FA 393 (internship course). A cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required.
Double Use of Minor Course Work:
The business courses cannot double-dip between an Eller Major and/or additional Minors.
Declaring the Minor
Advisors cannot declare the Arts Administration Minor. Students interested in declaring the Arts Administration Minor should set up an advising appointment with Norma Ayon (see contact information above). A minimum cumulative UA GPA of 2.0 is required to be eligible to declare the minor.
